In the primary suite, custom handcrafted box beams add depth and visual interest to the ceiling while keeping the space relaxed and inviting. These beams were carefully milled to complement the scale of the room and enhance its architectural charm.

Throughout the home, custom trim and moulding milled by Southern Lumber create a consistent look that ties each room together. The profiles feel classic and timeless, reinforcing the cottage style while adding a refined finish. 

Coastal Details Made to Last


Texture plays an important role in the design. Shiplap supplied by Southern Lumber lines areas like the staircase and powder room, adding a subtle coastal feel without overpowering the space. Classic wainscoting, also milled in-house, brings depth and elegance to select rooms and helps balance old and new elements throughout the home.
